buzzing stay!

lovely viewfriendly staffgreat locationslow service
I've stayed multiple times. the location worked great for visiting m & s arena! the views of the river and docks from the corner suite were lovely. I especially loved the 270deg view. the staff really looked after me. I found everyone so polite and helpful.
The bar service felt pretty slow. I ordered food at the bar and my pepper sauce never arrived. getting the refund took ages. It was quite messy.

The shower was a bit of a letdown, the water pressure felt more like a gentle mist than anything useful. and, the promised city tax refund never materialized. it is a shame, as those issues slightly tainted the overall stay. Such a small detail, such a big headache, though
